Delivery & returns
All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Purchases made by customers living outside the EU, will be sold excluding UK VAT.
Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside the UK, this is solely the customers responsibilty. Local customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid.
All orders are shipped via DHL or Yodel, goods will be insured, and shipping times depend on the type of delivery requested.

Insurance
All orders are shipped via DHL or Yodel. Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Flannels Fashion.
UK Standard delivery: DHL or Yodel will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 8pm
Please note UK Saturday delivery orders must be place by 12:00pm on Wednesday in order to arrive Saturday between the hours of 9am and 12.00pm.
Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until the next working day.
The times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

Please also note; In the interests of credit card fraud detection and prevention, it is our company policy to undertake several checks to ensure the validity of any transaction before goods are dispatched to all our customers. As an added security measure for all overseas orders we do require verification by means of a bank statement before the order is dispatched. This can sent via Email or Fax.

Returns / Refunds
Flannelsfashion.com is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items; such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.
To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us (see below) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The information we require is; 'Name', 'Order ID'. You will then be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN). You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return.
Items must be returned via a recorded courier service. Flannels Fashion can take no responsibility for returned items until signed for by the Flannels Group.
Collect + is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,000 local shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, £100 insurance and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.
We strongly recommend the use of an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all returned parcels with a value in excess of £250. Please note that all items returned to Flannels Fashion are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at the Flannels return depot.

- Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.
- Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service.
- Keep your receipt to track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track
- Valid for UK customer only.
Please note that you can only use Collect+ to return a parcel with dimensions no larger than 50x30x30cm (cabin size baggage), which weigh no more than 10kg.
By using the Collect+ service a deduction of £3.95 will be deducted from the total refund value.
If an exchange is required and no refund is processed, an automatic debit of £3.95 will be processed on the original card the order was placed, and the exchanged item(s) will be dispatched free of charge.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Flannelsfashion.com.
All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any Collect+ delivery charged, taxes or import duties incurred in delivery. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
