Loake Footwear Collection

The Loake family has been producing fine, handmade men's footwear since 1880.

The brand was founded by the three Loake brothers - Thomas, John and William – who opened a factory in Northamptonshire in the heart of English shoemaking. The aim was to provide the most luxurious, comfortable and durable men's shoes possible.

Even today, Loake shoes are meticulously crafted using the same processes as in 1880. It takes eight weeks from start to finish tocomplete each pair, with 130 skilled craftspeople, up to 75 shoe parts and approximately 200 different operations involved.
