Usually if an item is listed on the site it is in stock however the sizes may be limited. A pop up box will appear indicating when an item is out of stock.

Q: How do I know if the item I am ordering will fit?
As sizes may differ from one designer to another please refer to our sizing page where there is a sizing conversion chart. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit then please refer to our returns procedure for details.
Q: How will I know that you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from flannelsfashion.com confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us
You will then receive another email from Flannelsfashion.com confirming that your order has been dispatched. You will also receive an email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock; if this occurs your debit/credit card account will only be charged with the cost of the items in stock.
Our acceptance of your order will be deemed to take place when you receive our email confirming the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address stated on your order. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
Q: How soon will I receive my order?
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving it, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery as external factors beyond our control can cause delays.
