Welcome to the Flannelsfashion.com website (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the website”, “our site”). A condition of using our site is that you must accept all our terms and conditions (“the terms”). If you are unable to accept the terms you should refrain from using the site.

Flannelsfashion.com is an online service of Flannels Group Ltd, providing sales for personal use of clothing, footwear and accessories.

All image appearing on the site have been taken with great care, however the colour clarity may vary between the natural eye and your computer monitor. We cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy of the colour.

In order to purchase goods online, you must hold a valid debit or credit card. You should confirm that the information you supply to our website is accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer. If any of your personal details change, you should advise us of the changes by email to info@flannelsfashion.co.uk.

You must agree not to use or copy anyone else’s identity, or a name which you are not authorised to use. By using our site, you will agree to be bound by the terms.

We may change the terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion. Using the website after changes have been made, will mean that you have agreed to accept the new changes.

Placing an order

By placing your order you have agreed to pay the price as stated, you will then receive a confirmation email from Flannelsfashion.com stating your order has been received. You will receive a further email from Flannelsfashion.com when you order has been despatched.

We will contact you via email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, your debit/credit card will then be automatically refunded. Your order is accepted by Flannelsfashion.com when you receive our email confirming your goods have been dispatched.

We may not accept your order if:

• The item ordered is out of stock.
• We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• We find a product or pricing error.
• A product fails our internal quality checks.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion.

Delivery

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A link to alternative currencies is available.

Please note that these are approximate price conversions which are subject to currency price fluctuation. We will update the currencies on a regular basis but they may not always reflect the daily exchange rate. If the purchase is made by a customer living outside the EU, the goods will be sold excluding UK VAT.

Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside the UK, which will be your responsibility. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid.

All orders are shipped via DHL or Yodel, goods will be insured, and shipping times depend on the type of delivery requested.

Insurance

All orders are shipped via DHL or Yodel. Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Flannels Fashion. 

UK Standard delivery: DHL will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 8.00pm.

Please note UK Saturday delivery orders must be place by 12:00pm on Wednesday in order to arrive Saturday between the hours of 9.00am and 12:00pm.

Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be despatched until the next working day.

The times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays and factors outside of Flannels control.

International and European orders

Please also note; In the interests of credit card fraud detection and prevention, it is our company policy to undertake several checks to ensure the validity of any transaction before goods are dispatched to all our customers. As an added security measure for all overseas orders we do require verification by means of a bank statement before the order is dispatched. This can sent via Email or Fax.

Returns / refunds

Flannelsfashion.com is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items, such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.

To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us (see below) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The information we require is; 'Name', 'Order ID'. You will then be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN). You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return.

Collect + is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,000 local shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, £100 insurance and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.

 Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/flannelsfashiononline and follow the instructions to download a returns label and find a collect+ storeSecurely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.

1. Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service.
2. Keep your receipt to track your parcel at  www.collectplus.co.uk/track    
3. Valid for UK customers only.

Please note that you can only use Collect+ to return a parcel  with dimensions no larger than 50x30x30cm (cabin size baggage), which weigh no more than 10kg.
By using the Collect+ service a deduction of £3.95 will be deducted from the total refund value.

We strongly recommend the use of an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all returned parcels with a value in excess of £250. Please note that all items returned to Flannels Fashion are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at the Flannels return depot.

If an exchange is required and no refund is processed, an automatic debit of £3.95 will be processed on the original card the order was placed, and the exchanged item(s) will be despatched free of charge.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Flannelsfashion.com.

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery.

Payments

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will either cancel your order or seek payment by an alternative method. If this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods, we cannot be held responsible.

Payment methods include: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We take customer security very seriously and every effort is taken to protect your personal details using Sagepay.

We do not hold your debit/credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Passing of property and risk

We will retain legal ownership of all items until full payment has been made by you, and the payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert back to Flannelsfashion.com if we refund any payment to you.

Limited licence

We grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of the website. Please note that you may not copy any portion of the website without prior written consent which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.

You are granted a limited revocable and non-exclusive right to create a link to the home page of the website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not link to any page of the website other than the home page. We may at our discretion request that you remove any link to the website, and upon receiving such request you shall immediately remove such a link.

Any unauthorised use by you of the website terminates the limited licence set forth in this section without prejudice to any other remedy we may have provided by the law.
