The Woolrich Woolen Mills collection has been directly inspired by the world of American material manufacture and the iconic Woolrich fabric.

Woolen Mills is a brand which supports tradition, authenticity and functionality and aims to create simple, unique pieces inspired by the outdoors.

Designer Daiki Suzuki, with his 18 years of experience studying and designing outerwear, has ingeniously adapted and reinvented the form of pieces now in the collection.

Garments are made of fabrics that are derived from Woolrich looms which remain 100% natural and untreated to maintain their inborn durability and impenetrability.

Suzuki designs the structural details of garments to reflect functionality. He transforms traditional into contemporary by creating pieces according to a Japanese aesthetic concept meaning that ‘the collection is based on the stylistic capacity to breakdown a traditional item and recreate it leaving the structural details intact with the actual fit’.
