Flannelsfashion.com is an online service of Flannels Group Ltd, providing sales for personal use of clothing, footwear and accessories.

All image appearing on the site have been taken with great care, however the colour clarity may vary between the natural eye and your computer monitor. We cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy of the colour.

In order to purchase goods online, you must hold a valid debit or credit card. You should confirm that the information you supply to our website is accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer. If any of your personal details change, you should advise us of the changes by email; info@flannelsfashion.com .

You must agree not to use or copy anyone else’s identity, or a name which you are not authorised to use. By using our site, you will agree to be bound by the terms.

We may change the terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion. Using the website after changes have been made, will mean that you have agreed to accept the new changes.

Placing An Order

By placing your order you have agreed to pay the price as stated, you will then receive a confirmation email from Flannelsfashion.com stating your order has been received. You will receive a further email from Flannelsfashion.com when you order has been despatched.

We will contact you via email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, your debit/credit card will then be automatically refunded. Your order is accepted by Flannelsfashion.com when you receive our email confirming your goods have been dispatched.

We may not accept your order if:

The item ordered is out of stock.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
We find a product or pricing error.
A product fails our internal quality checks.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion.

Delivery

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A link to alternative currencies is available.

Please note that these are approximate price conversions which are subject to currency price fluctuation. We will update the currencies on a regular basis but they may not always reflect the daily exchange rate. If the purchase is made by a customer living outside the EU, the goods will be sold excluding UK VAT.

Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside the UK, which will be your responsibility. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid.

All orders are shipped via DHL, goods will be insured, and shipping times depend on the type of delivery requested: Standard, Express or Saturday Special delivery.
 

INSURANCE

All orders are shipped via DHL. Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Flannels Fashion.

Our Standard Delivery takes up to 7 working days.
We can provide next day delivery within the UK; all orders must have cleared credit control by 2:00pm.
UK Standard and Express delivery: DHL will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 5pm.

Please note UK Saturday delivery orders must be place by 2:00pm on Friday in order to arrive Saturday between the hours of 9am and 5.00pm.

Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until Tuesday. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Remember that the times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

International and European Orders

Please also note; In the interests of credit card fraud detection and prevention, it is our company policy to undertake several checks to ensure the validity of any transaction before goods are dispatched to all our customers. As an added security measure for all overseas orders we do require verification by means of a bank statement before the order is dispatched. This can sent via Email or Fax.   

Returns / Refunds

Flannelsfashion.com is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items, such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.

To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us (see below) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The information we require is; 'Name', 'Order ID'. You will then be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN). You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return.  

Items must be returned via a recorded courier service such as DHL or Royal Mail recorded delivery. In order to arrange DHL shipment please call 0870 2 400 555 ( UK customers only) or via the website www.dhl.com . Please also refer to the DHL website for shipping charges which will be incurred. Please note all returns must be sent via recorded signed delivery, Flannels Fashion can take no responsibility for returned items until signed for by the Flannels Group.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Flannelsfashion.com.

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.

Payment

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will either cancel your order or seek payment by an alternative method. If this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods, we cannot be held responsible.

Payment methods include: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Delta. We take customer security very seriously and every effort is taken to protect your personal details using Sagepay.

We do not hold your debit/credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Passing of Property and Risk

We will retain legal ownership of all items until full payment has been made by you, and the payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert back to Flannelsfahion.com if we refund any payment to you.

Limited Licence

We grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of the website. Please note that you may not copy any portion of the website without prior written consent which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.

You are granted a limited revocable and non-exclusive right to create a link to the home page of the website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not link to any page of the website other than the home page. We may at our discretion request that you remove any link to the website, and upon receiving such request you shall immediately remove such a link.

Any unauthorised use by you of the website terminates the limited licence set forth in this section without prejudice to any other remedy we may have provided by the law.

Flannels Loyalty Scheme-

The Flannels Loyalty card scheme is only available on purchases made in the Flannels stores and is not available online.

The Benefits
5% Loyalty Reward

At the end of every season Flannels will award you with a credit of £50 for every 1000 points earned;1 point for every £1 spent. The credit is equivalent to a 5% reward. The Spring/Summer season starts on 1 st February and ends 31 st July. Any points exceeding a multiple of 1000 in the Spring/Summer season will be carried forward to the Autumn/Winter season. The Autumn/Winter season starts on 1 st August and ends 31 st January. Any excess points in the Autumn/Winter season which exceed a multiple of 1000 will expire on 31 st January.

Cardholder Discount Evenings

We will be holding special discount evenings at various times during the year to which only loyalty card holders will be invited.

Cardholder Preview Evenings

As a Loyalty cardholder you will have the privilege of attending any sale preview evenings which will give you the 1 st selection before the sale officially starts.

Fashion Show Invitations

Members of the scheme will be offered fashion show invitations at discounted rates.

Terms & Conditions

1.   To ensure that purchases contribute towards the loyalty reward, the loyalty card must always be presented at the point of sale. Qualifying 
      purchases cannot be applied to an individual account retrospectively.

2.   The use of this card is not transferable.

3.   A credit worth £50 will be issued to the cardholder for every 1000 points earned. A statement will be sent out twice yearly for any card holders 
      achieving 1000 points, confirming the points earned and any carry over points.

4.   Reward credit may only be redeemed when presented alongside the loyalty card bearing the same membership number.

5.   Loyalty reward credit must be redeemed within three months of the issue date.

6.   The credit reward may not be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or credit vouchers.

7.   No change will be given on any purchase where the value of the credit is greater than the value of the goods purchased.

8.   The credit reward is not valid at any Flannels clearance sales or the Flannels Clearance outlet in the Lowry Salford Quays.

9.   The credit reward is to be redeemed against full price merchandise only and no sale items.

10. Cardholders not making any qualifying purchases during a season will not receive a seasonal statement. Their membership will however remain 
       valid.

11. Cardholders who make no qualifying purchases over a two-year period will automatically have their membership terminated, with the loyalty
       card becoming invalid.

12. The Flannels Group Ltd reserves the right to alter and amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty card scheme, or to terminate the scheme
       at any time.

13. Lost or stolen card. Please inform your local Flannels store to report the card missing. You will have the opportunity to open a new loyalty 
       card and points received will be transferred onto the new card.

14. Change of address. Please contact the head office on 0161 931 2550 so that your details can be amended.

15. One loyalty card per customer only.

16. This credit reward is not to be used against any other offers available that Flannels may hold.

17. Customer personal details remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

18. Please note that lost vouchers will not be replaced.
